• Appeared on ITV's Gladiators. Placed 3rd overall.
• Joined the Royal Air Force & trained as a Physical Training Instructor

2004 - Re-entered the education system as a mature student. Up dated and renewed all training & qualifications.  In doing so added currency, validity & depth of knowledge to my career personal development CPD. 

2006 - Register of Exercise Professionals Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer.

2007 -Currently studying for a Post Graduate Certificate in Education at Truro College, Cornwall.

BSc (Hons) Health & Fitness, with first class honours.  

FdSSIM Sports Science & Injury Management, with distinction.

The Register of Exercise professionals UK - REP's Advanced Personal Trainer Level 3.
